WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage customer projects and programs across the APAC region. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between our in-country teams, development resources (where bespoke development is required), and our customers.
It is advantageous if the candidates have a functional understanding of payments systems and the payments landscape. Experience with managing Postilion payments projects is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously, with minimal technical involvement.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee APAC customer projects and associated resource planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Facilitate regular project updates and reporting, both internally and externally.
- Maintain essential project administration, including monthly billing (via timesheets or reconciliations, depending on contractual terms).
- Schedule and lead meetings within APAC time zones.
- Support the setup and tracking of larger, more complex projects when required, including action logs and project plans.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous project coordination experience
- Understanding of payments environments
- Results-oriented individual
- Ability to manage and coordinate with many different teams and customers across multiple geographic locations, fostering teamwork
- Excellent timekeeping and self-management skills
- Understanding of project budgets and ability to effectively track and manage this budget
- Ability to positively influence others to achieve results
- Contribute to service delivery and organisational effectiveness
- Must be able to work under pressure and multitask.
- Well organised and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
